Our team transformed this West Chester home’s entire 1st floor to a bright and modern open floorplan by maximizing space and adding ample amenities. Our shop crafted custom features such as specialty frameless kitchen cabinets with a warm neutral finish for the permitter cabinets, complimented by a rich charcoal finish for the island. Accompanying the kitchen cabinets our team also crafted a custom dining room buffet and beverage center highlighting glass cabinet doors, wine bottle racks, a custom beverage refrigerator, and pull-out drawers for increased storage. Our sister company Latta Kennedy Builders opened multiple walls, installed new energy efficient windows, built a custom fireplace, and even a lavish dog wash station!
